St. Patrick’s Dinner – A Special Thank You

On Sunday March 12th, our parish hosted its annual St. Patrick’s Luncheon. During this event the green grab bags donated by Ed and Beverly Obssuth were part of the celebration. Penni was in charge of the drawing, giving us moments of laughter and fun. The drawings of the basket of cheer donated by Adoration Society and 50/50 took place at the end of our celebration. We thank Deacon David Gaydos and Laurie Gaydos for donating the food and preparing the menu consisting of Corned Beef, Cabbage, Irish Red Potatoes, Baked Chicken – A variety of Vegetables, Assorted Breads / Irish Soda Bread, Homemade Desserts and Irish Coffee. Hughie Vickerilla, Edward and Beverly Obssuth, George O’Brien, Roger Zibor, and Jerry Rotsaert helped in the kitchen; Penni Lazor decorated the hall beautifully. St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon

We swill host our annual St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon on Sunday, March 12th at noon (after 11:00 AM Holy Mass). The menu features Corned Beef, Cabbage, Irish Red Potatoes Baked Chicken, Variety of Vegetables, Assorted Breads, Irish Soda Bread, Coffee and Tea as well as Irish Coffee and Homemade Desserts. The dinner will be accompanied by Irish Music.

We will have raffles for a Basket of Irish Cheer as well as 50/50 Raffles and a Door Prize. Tickets are $15 for adults. Children and youth are free. Please R.S.V.P by March 7th. On Sunday March 13, 2016, the Holy Cross Church hosted St. Patrick’s Luncheon. During this event a children’s bake contest took place with three participants who received special awards for their culinary achievements, Gabriel Iudici, Natalie Cyman and Veronica Murphy. The green grab bags donated by Ed and Beverly Obssuth were part of the celebration. Penni was in charge of the drawing, giving us moments of laughter and fun. The drawings of the basket of cheer donated by Adoration Society and 50/50 took place at the end of our celebration. St. Patrick’s Dinner – A Special Thank You

On Sunday March 15th our parish hosted its annual St. Patrick’s Luncheon.

During this event we held a parent-child bake contest. All participants received special awards for their culinary achievements.

Green grab bags were donated by Ed and Beverly Obssuth. Penni was in charge of the drawing, giving occasions of laughter and fun. Drawings for the basket of cheer donated by Adoration Society and 50/50 took place at the end of our celebration.

We thank Deacon David Gaydos and Laurie Gaydos for donating the food and preparing the menu consisting of Corned Beef, Cabbage, Irish red potatoes, Baked Chicken, a Variety of Vegetables, Assorted Breads / Irish Soda Bread, and Homemade Desserts. Edward, Beverly and David Obssuth, George O’Brien who helped in the kitchen; Renata Cyman, Lynn Imperiale, Dorothy O’Brien and Penni Lazor decorated the hall beautifully; Dorothy O’Brien and Paul Murthy helped to clean up.

We thank everyone who attended this annual event!

The participants is the bake contest were Fr. Joseph and Natalie Cyman, Lourie Iudici and Gabriel Iudici, Paul Murthy and Veronica Murphy, Marissa Pieraldi and Liana Galiano. The Basket of Cheer was won by Claire Centrella and the 50/50 winners were Claire Centrella, Susana Kiame (donated her prize back to the church), and David Obssuth.

On Sunday March 16, 2014, our parish hosted our annual St. Patrick’s Luncheon. During this event a children’s bake contest took place. All participants received special awards for their culinary achievements. The green grab bags donated by Ed and Beverly Obssuth were part of celebration. Ed and Penni were in charge of the drawing giving occasion for laughter and fun. Three girls Natalie, Gabby and Sabrina, members of Gymnastika team (Woodland Park) were applauded for their skillful gymnastic performance. The drawings of baskets of cheer donated by our Adoration Society and 50/50 took place at the end of our celebration.
